1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 356pk ("Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the 356pk website at 356pk.pro and all associated services including casino games, live casino, sports betting, the VIP programme, and any promotional offers.

By registering an account on 356pk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 356pk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 356pk you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 356pk is strictly an adult platform and will not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account or use any service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must be registering for yourself as an individual — not on behalf of another person or a corporate entity.
• You must not already hold an active 356pk account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance associated with a duplicate account may be voided.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion or cooling-off period at the time of registering. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and the period has not yet elapsed, you are not eligible to register a new account.

356pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification, proof of address, or verification of the payment method used. Accounts where requested verification has not been completed may have withdrawals held pending completion of verification checks.

3Account Rules

Your 356pk account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether that activity was carried out by you or by another person who accessed your account using your credentials.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account, place bets, or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 356pk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Your account balance is held in PKR and reflects deposits, winnings, bonus funds, and any transactions carried out.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person.

356pk uses industry-standard encryption to protect account and transaction data. While we take reasonable security measures, you are also responsible for the security of the devices you use to access the platform.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 356pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions on transactions. The supported methods are:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant deposit processing
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, widely used across Pakistan
• Raast — instant PKR bank-to-platform transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer, processing time applies
• Debit cards and additional mobile wallets as displayed at the point of deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These amounts may vary by payment method and by your VIP tier.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, 356pk will contact you to arrange an alternative method. Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account — the account must belong to you personally.

Processing times for withdrawals: standard accounts are processed within a reasonable timeframe. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members benefit from expedited processing as part of their tier benefits. 356pk is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider.

Deposits made to 356pk are not eligible for interest. Funds deposited but not used will remain in your account balance until you either use them or request a withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

356pk offers various promotional bonuses from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry date — will be stated in the individual promotion details at the time of the offer. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds and real PKR funds are managed separately. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real PKR balance.
• A wagering requirement means you must bet the specified multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x) before the bonus converts. Wagering contribution percentages vary by game type and will be stated in the relevant promotion.
• Only one welcome or sign-up bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational players. 356pk reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, the use of automated software, or co-ordinated play to exploit promotion mechanics.
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings from bonus funds may be forfeited.

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 356pk covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and other sports as listed in the Sports and Betting sections. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed.
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — not odds that may have been displayed at an earlier point during browsing.
• For in-play (live) betting, odds update in real time as the match progresses. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment you submit the slip, not earlier displayed prices.
• If a cricket match does not reach the minimum qualifying completion threshold (as defined per format — typically 5 overs per side for T20 and 20 overs per side for ODI), the match is considered void and stakes are returned to PKR balance.
• For matches reduced by the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method but completed to a valid result, bets are settled on the official match result.
• For PSL matches postponed and rescheduled within the same season, bets remain valid unless 356pk specifies otherwise for a particular fixture.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip. VIP tier affects maximum limits — higher tiers have increased limits.
• Accumulator (multi-leg) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is settled as a reduced accumulator with the remaining active selections.

7Casino & Game Rules

The 356pk game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, crash games, and other titles from third-party providers. Each game operates according to its own embedded rules and paytables, which are accessible within the game interface. 356pk does not control the mathematical parameters of third-party games — these are set by the provider and verified independently.

• Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independent on every spin, hand, or round.
• Live casino games are hosted by human dealers via video stream. Results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final once the round is closed.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the player's side (disconnection, browser crash, power outage), 356pk is not responsible for any resulting loss. Where a server-side fault occurs, affected rounds will be investigated and resolved according to the game provider's procedures.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game are displayed within the game interface.

8VIP Programme

The 356pk VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all sections of the platform. Weekly cashback in PKR is applied automatically at each tier.

• VIP tier is calculated based on activity within a defined rolling period. Tiers can increase or decrease based on activity level.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total winnings) during the weekly cashback period. The applicable cashback percentage is determined by your tier at the time of calculation.
• VIP cashback is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirements. It is available for withdrawal or for further play.
• Additional VIP tier benefits — including withdrawal limit increases, faster processing, and dedicated support — apply from Gold tier upward.
• 356pk reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds or cashback percentages with reasonable notice to players. Changes will be communicated via in-account notification.

9Responsible Gaming

356pk is an entertainment platform. All casino and sports betting activity involves financial risk. Outcomes of games and sporting events are uncertain — no amount of strategy or knowledge removes that uncertainty completely. Players should treat 356pk as entertainment with a defined budget, not as a source of income.

• Set a budget before each session and do not exceed it.
• Use the deposit limit tool in your account to cap weekly or monthly deposits.
• Use session time reminders to track how long you have been playing.
• Take cooling-off periods if you feel your gaming needs a break.
• Self-exclusion is available for any length of time from your account settings. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.
• All services on 356pk are for adults aged 18 and over only.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 356pk. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be voided:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform or place bets
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Exploiting obvious system errors or manifest pricing mistakes in sports betting markets
• Co-ordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures or promotions
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform — depositing, withdrawing, or moving money without genuine recreational gaming intent
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to operate your account
• Any form of fraudulent activity in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or promotional offers

11Account Closure

You may request to close your 356pk account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any available PKR balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks.

356pk may close or suspend an account where:

• Prohibited conduct has been identified
• Identity verification has not been completed after reasonable request
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the balance is zero
• We have reason to believe the account poses a risk of harm (including underage gambling)

Where an account is closed by 356pk due to suspected prohibited conduct, the balance will be reviewed and the outcome communicated to you. Where an account is closed at your own request, closure is generally processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12Changes to These Terms

356pk may update or revise these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via an in-account notification or email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continuing to use the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.
